Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response, to own mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time collaboration in autonomous vehicle support, the full-time position will manage web applications while leading a team of engineers to ensure reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Hold core responsibility for frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with services
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc.)
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
