Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response in a full-time capacity, this role will manage mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time collaboration, ensuring the reliability and performance of web applications that support autonomous vehicle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Lead the development of frontend and backend infrastructure, including APIs and service integrations
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience with web applications, both frontend and backend
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability in systems
