Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems enabling real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, overseeing both frontend and backend infrastructure while mentoring a team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Lead the development of robust APIs and ensure seamless integration with various services
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
