Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems to facilitate real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team of engineers to ensure reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with other services
• Mentor junior engineers on infrastructure design and engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications, both frontend and backend
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability in systems
