Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response in a full-time capacity to own mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team of engineers to ensure reliable, low-latency web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, ensuring effective integration with various services
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 5+ years of experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
