Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response in a full-time capacity, who will own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications that support real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle operations, leading a team of engineers to ensure optimal functionality and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including APIs and integration with services
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
