Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team to ensure the reliability and performance of web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Lead the development of frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and seamless service integration
• Mentor junior engineers on infrastructure design and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong motivation for reliability in system performance
