Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response for a full-time position responsible for owning mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration in autonomous vehicle support, leading a team of engineers to ensure reliability and performance of web applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with services
• Mentor junior engineers on infrastructure design and engineering best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
