Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, the full-time position will own mission-critical full-stack systems, ensuring reliable and low-latency web applications that support real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including APIs and integration with services
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams on web application systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
