Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, the full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team of engineers to ensure reliable, low-latency performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and service integrations
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience in leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong motivation for reliability in system performance
