Tech Lead, Fleet Response
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team of engineers to ensure reliability and performance of web applications.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
- Lead the development of frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and service integration
- Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience with web applications, both frontend and backend
- Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
- Strong motivation for ensuring reliability in system performance
