Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will own mission-critical full-stack systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of web applications that support real-time autonomous vehicle operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
- Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with services
- Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
- Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc.)
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
- Strong motivation for reliability in systems
