Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Hands-on and mission-driven, the full-time salaried Tech Lead, Fleet Response will own the end-to-end reliability and performance of critical web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support while leading a team of engineers in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Lead the development of frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and service integration
• Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong motivation for ensuring reliability in systems
