Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Tech Lead, Fleet Response will own the reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications that support real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle operations, ensuring effective scaling and integration of systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
- Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including APIs and integration with services
- Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
- Familiarity with web client architectures (e.g., Angular, TypeScript, RxJS)
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
