Tech Lead, Fleet Response

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response in a full-time capacity, who will own mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time collaboration in autonomous vehicle support, leading a team to ensure reliability and performance of web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications for autonomous vehicle support
• Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including APIs and integration with services
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams on web application systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• Strong motivation for reliability in system performance
