Tech Lead, Fleet Response
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, leading a team of engineers to ensure application reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
- Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and seamless integration with services
- Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
- Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc.)
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
- Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
