Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, the full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time collaboration in autonomous vehicle support, ensuring reliability and performance while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
• Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including APIs and service integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize web application systems and mentor junior engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
• Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
