Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response, to own mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time autonomous vehicle support in a full-time role, leading a team to ensure reliability and performance of web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support
- Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with other services
- Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
- Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
- A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
