Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, the full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, ensuring reliability and performance while mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support
- Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with services
- Advise cross-functional engineers and mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
- Familiarity with web client architectures (e.g., Angular, TypeScript, RxJS)
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
- A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
