Tech Lead, Fleet Response
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response in a full-time capacity, who will own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support while leading a team of engineers to ensure effective scaling and integration of the Fleet Response platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability and performance of web applications used for real-time support of autonomous vehicles
- Oversee frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with various services
- Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend)
- Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects
- Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability in systems
