Tech Lead for Billing Team

Job Summary

Owning the technical execution and evolution of the Billing product, the full-time Tech Lead for the Billing Team will combine technical leadership with product thinking to shape the roadmap, drive architecture, and build features that enhance customer value and company revenue in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical execution and evolution of the Billing product
• Collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to define solutions, priorities, and roadmap
• Lead incident investigations and continuously improve operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Python as the primary programming language
• Solid experience with payment systems or billing infrastructure at scale
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
