Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Collaborating with project teams, the full-time Tech Lead Full Stack Developer will translate business requirements into technical solutions, create design artifacts, and provide guidance to ensure project success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Create and maintain design artifacts while ensuring alignment with business needs and project constraints
• Provide technical design guidance and support to ensure scalability and adherence to service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of experience in software development with proficiency in .NET-based applications and RESTful APIs
• Experience utilizing Azure services to build cloud-native applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members is a plus
