Tech Lead Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Manager to oversee technical leadership and team management for the Platform squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture decisions for the Platform squad
• Lead incident response for platform outages and ensure platform reliability
• Manage and develop a team of platform engineers while fostering collaboration across squads

Required Qualifications

• Advanced-level English skills, especially in speaking and writing
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with 3 years in infrastructure, platform, or SRE roles
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of 3-10 engineers
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) and Kubernetes
• Strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Go
