To drive impactful solutions for payroll systems, the full-time salaried Tech Lead Manager will manage and scale complex software systems, design financial services, and support business migrations while collaborating closely with product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Scaling systems for payroll calculations and tax payments as business volume increases
• Designing services for money movement and reconciliation, ensuring clarity for partners
• Utilizing AI to automate operational workflows and support new business migrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building complex software and delivering production systems end-to-end
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Hands-on experience with software development and a desire to continue building with the team
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes and mentoring engineers
• Familiarity or willingness to learn technologies such as Python/Django, React, and AWS
