To drive impactful solutions for payroll systems, the full-time salaried Tech Lead Manager will scale complex systems, design financial services, and support new business migrations while collaborating closely with product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Scale systems for payroll calculations, tax payments, and filings as volume and complexity increase
• Design services to move and reconcile money, ensuring clarity and traceability for partners
• Utilize AI to automate operational workflows, enhancing efficiency in tax notice triage and employer setup

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building complex software and delivering production systems end-to-end
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Desire to remain hands-on and actively build with the team
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes and mentoring individual contributors
• Interest in improving engineering workflows and experimenting with AI technologies
