Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Scaling systems for payroll calculations, tax payments, and filings as complexity increases
• Designing services for money movement and reconciliation, ensuring clarity and traceability
• Automating operational workflows using AI to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building complex software and delivering production systems end-to-end
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Hands-on experience with software development and a desire to continue building with the team
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes and mentoring individual contributors
