Tech Lead Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time salaried Tech Lead Manager, the successful candidate will scale payroll systems, design financial services, and support new business migrations while collaborating closely with product and operations teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale systems for payroll calculations, tax payments, and filings as complexity increases
• Design services to move and reconcile money across parties, ensuring clarity and traceability
• Automate operational workflows using AI to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building complex software and delivering production systems end-to-end
• 1-2 years of experience in leading or managing a team
• Hands-on experience in software development with a desire to continue building with the team
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes and mentoring individual contributors
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Python/Django, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, and Github
