Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Manager, Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set technical direction, shape engineering culture, and mentor team members
• Manage a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists for effective collaboration
• Develop algorithms and Machine Learning systems to connect users across the Handshake marketplace

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 4+ years of industry ML experience as TL or TLM
• MS/Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field preferred
• Experience building web-scale AI systems and working with cross-functional teams
• Background in machine learning areas such as recommendations, NLP, deep learning, and explainable AI
