Tech Lead Manager, Platform Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Manager, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD systems and platform capabilities for the engineering organization
• Lead and develop a team of Platform Engineers through mentoring and performance management
• Own technical architecture decisions and partner with engineering leadership to drive platform adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience as a tech lead or engineering manager for infrastructure/platform teams
• Strong experience with CI/CD tooling and hands-on experience with containers and orchestration
• Proficiency in at least one language commonly used for tooling and backend work
