Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead - Order Management Systems (OMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support high-quality solutions for OMS and POS platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver projects on time
• Mentor team members and guide architectural decisions in OMS and POS technologies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership
• Expertise in backend development using Java, Node.js, or similar technologies
• Experience implementing Fluent OMS
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems
• Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL)
