Job Summary

Leading technical projects from ideation to execution, the full-time remote Tech Lead, Product Engineering will manage project ownership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure platform reliability while mentoring engineers and driving innovation in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead technical projects, making architectural decisions and defining development approaches
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to create high-performance, user-centric features
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Required qualifications

• At least 9 years of professional development experience with a proven track record in leading complex technical projects
• Expertise in Typescript, Node, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL, particularly in schema and API design
• Fluency in frontend frameworks such as React and React Query
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Experience balancing technical solutions with business outcomes, considering long-term platform health
