Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-quality Ruby on Rails and React code while overseeing system design
• Lead DevOps and SRE efforts by managing AWS infrastructure and participating in on-call duties
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Stripe integration, ensuring seamless transaction processing

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails application development
• Strong proficiency in React and understanding of its integration with Rails APIs
• Experience managing AWS environments using Terraform
• Expertise in relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) database design and optimization
• Practical experience with payment gateways, particularly Stripe
