Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, SDET (FTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for API, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Define and own the quality engineering strategy, establishing testing standards and best practices
• Lead performance and compliance testing while mentoring SDETs and collaborating with near-shore teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background focused on test automation and quality engineering
• Hands-on experience with Playwright-based automation frameworks
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for automation and tooling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-integrated testing
• Ability to lead technically while remaining deeply hands-on
