Tech Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data platform engineers
• Define and execute the data platform strategy and roadmap
• Ensure the design and operation of reliable data services and pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading engineering teams, including hiring and performance management
• Strong software engineering background in distributed systems and data-intensive platforms
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern platform architectures
• Proficient in SQL and knowledge of streaming or event-driven architectures
