Tech Lead Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Software Engineering - React Native / React / Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable mobile and web applications using Expo/React Native, React.js, Node.js, and AWS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver user-friendly applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, including recent work with React Native, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript
• 2+ years in a tech leadership or senior engineering position
• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks
