Job Summary
Driving application modernization initiatives, the full-time Tech Modernization Lead will define strategic roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage complex projects to address outdated resources in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute modernization roadmaps and strategies for applications and infrastructure
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate end-of-life resources, including operating systems and databases
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver modernization projects aligned with business goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in application modernization or related technical roles
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams and projects

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud migration best practices
