Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of the AI-powered operational tooling stack and Zendesk ecosystem
• Build and expand the operational tech foundation for internal operations
• Automate core agent workflows to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Experience building operational systems from scratch
• Proficiency in managing and developing enterprise-grade technology platforms
• Strong understanding of AI tooling and its application in operational workflows
• Ability to explain complex systems in depth
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment
