Tech Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Tech Operations Engineer will manage infrastructure monitoring, automation, and system maintenance while leveraging AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the organization's infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, maintaining detailed documentation
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline system management and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in system administration or a similar role
• 5+ years of professional experience in Linux administration and managing AWS resources
• Expertise in cloud-based production systems, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, primarily Terraform
