Tech Product Manager

Job Summary

Transforming service-team friction into actionable development tasks, the full-time remote Tech Product Manager will manage the intake process, oversee PRD quality, and drive BETA adoption while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for new development requests, ensuring they are specific, scored, and data-mapped
• Maintain and communicate the TechOps product roadmap, reflecting service-team priorities and health data
• Serve as the primary contact for service teams on product-development requests, setting expectations and communicating outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related discipline
• Experience with structured intake and triage processes for development requests
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Demonstrated ability to write precise, testable acceptance criteria before development begins
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
