Tech Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading global infrastructure and operational programs, the remote Tech Program Manager will develop program plans, manage release schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams while promoting Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global infrastructure, compliance, and operational programs within the engineering team
• Develop and manage program-level plans, roadmaps, and release schedules in collaboration with product managers and engineering leaders
• Identify, mitigate, and track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in project and program management within a technology-focused organization
• Minimum of 2 years supporting cloud technologies, infrastructure, and DevOps processes and tools
• Experience managing large data center or software deployment programs from inception to delivery
• Strong ability to work with compliance and security programs, operational management, and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and reports clearly and effectively
