Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, and Retention roles, the full-time Tech Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, build targeted pipelines, and manage candidate communication in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, and related GTM and Product roles
• Define role requirements and interview processes in collaboration with hiring managers
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and maintain accurate pipeline data throughout the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in technology, product, growth, or go-to-market hiring
• Experience hiring for Growth, Product, Monetization, Lifecycle, or Retention roles
• Understanding of growth funnels, activation, engagement, and retention metrics
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills, with proficiency in tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Russian
