Job Summary

Owning the full recruiting lifecycle, the full-time remote Tech Recruiter for Data will manage hiring across Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science roles while partnering with technical hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Platform roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and maintain accurate pipeline data and documentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for Data Engineers, Data Scientists, or Analytics Engineers
• Understanding of modern data teams and production data systems
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
• Fluent in written and verbal Russian and English
