A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Tech Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the leader to a high-performing recruitment team, enabling effective hiring strategies at scale
• Own the execution of recruitment strategies to hire software engineering and engineering management talent across multiple geographical locations
• Drive initiatives to increase the company's presence and attract talent within the web3/Blockchain space

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading globally distributed recruitment teams of 7+ members in a high-volume start-up/scale-up environment
• Experience in building recruiting strategies to enable hiring at scale in a fast-paced complex environment
• Demonstrated success in leading hiring for technical roles, specifically in software engineering and engineering management
• Strong ability to lead recruitment efforts across multiple geographical locations
• Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and a strong desire to learn and develop knowledge in the web3 space
