Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Tech Recruitment Specialist and HR Generalist, this remote position will manage the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of candidates for software development roles while optimizing recruitment processes and supporting HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through various platforms and collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ads
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate assessments to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Streamline onboarding processes and manage HR tasks, including performance reviews and employee administration

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment campaigns within IT or software development sectors
• Solid understanding of HR functions, including onboarding and performance management
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with recruitment and HR software
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable with remote work and managing HR administration tasks
