Job Summary

To support a leading AI company, the remote Tech Sourcer will develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, partner with technical hiring managers to understand their needs, and collaborate with leadership to create long-term talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume
• Partner with technical hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team matching, and required skills
• Collaborate with leadership to map out long-term talent acquisition strategies across technical teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing top technical talent, particularly for product engineering and AL/ML teams
• Demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and high-level technical positions
• Experience working on high-volume pipeline and evergreen roles
• Proven skill in implementing inclusive and equitable hiring practices
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
