Tech Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Tech Support Analyst for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems
• Liaison with internal teams to deliver on customer requests
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and systems administration functions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in a tech support environment diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or computer systems
• 1+ years of experience in programming/scripting/command line
• Ability to work 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern or Central Time Zone
• Ability to occasionally work on call and overtime as required
