Job Summary

Managing a team of skilled Support Technicians, the full-time Tech Support Manager will provide day-to-day management and technical support for a range of technologies, ensuring a high-quality end user experience across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Tech Support team, providing support for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac systems
  • Handle escalation support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Maintain operations according to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs while ensuring adherence to technology processes
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrable technical expertise through certification or equivalent experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge of Apple, Windows, and O365 products, including experience with SCCM/Intune/JAMF
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, such as ticketing systems
  • Proven troubleshooting skills across various software and hardware disciplines
  • Understanding of networking and video conferencing technologies
