Job Summary
Managing a team of skilled Support Technicians, the full-time Tech Support Manager will provide day-to-day management and technical support for a range of technologies, ensuring a high-quality end user experience across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Tech Support team, providing support for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac systems
- Handle escalation support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain operations according to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs while ensuring adherence to technology processes
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable technical expertise through certification or equivalent experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Apple, Windows, and O365 products, including experience with SCCM/Intune/JAMF
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, such as ticketing systems
- Proven troubleshooting skills across various software and hardware disciplines
- Understanding of networking and video conferencing technologies
