Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Customer Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage requests from customer user-base across HTB platforms
  • Communicate with users via Intercom and occasionally through Discord
  • Update stakeholders on progress of technically complex issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems
  • Experience in web applications development
  • Experience in scripting languages like Powershell, Bash, Python
  • Experience with networks and network engineering
  • Process and evolution oriented mindset
