Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete support and project tickets while following established processes
- Manage desktop computers, badge access systems, and computer inventory
- Facilitate new user onboarding, application deployment, and maintain office equipment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in desktop/help desk support
- Familiarity with Windows, Intune, G Suite, Office, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of computer security, anti-virus, and patch management
- Basic understanding of cloud services and network troubleshooting
- Candidates must be within commuting distance to Boston, MA
