Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete support and project tickets while following established processes
  • Manage desktop computers, badge access systems, and computer inventory
  • Facilitate new user onboarding, application deployment, and maintain office equipment
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in desktop/help desk support
  • Familiarity with Windows, Intune, G Suite, Office, and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of computer security, anti-virus, and patch management
  • Basic understanding of cloud services and network troubleshooting
  • Candidates must be within commuting distance to Boston, MA
