Job Summary

Providing technical and account support through inbound calls and chats, the full-time Tech Support Specialist will assist team members with password administration, customer applications, and basic technical issues in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer passwords and provide chat support for technical inquiries
  • Assist with customer applications, account servicing, and branch balancing
  • Deliver basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong aptitude for customer service and willingness to learn financial and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic workplace
  • Experience with technical support or help desk environments is preferred
